As president of Phillips+Co., an innovation consultancy based in Chicago, Matt has helped companies including Starwood, SC Johnson, Limited Brands, Dell and Pepsi develop new products, services and brands. Prior to starting Phillips+Co. Matt was a Creative Director with global digital agency Razorfish where he helped develop digital brand experiences for GE, Ford, Kraft and Harrod's. Matt received an MBA in Marketing from Kellogg School of Management where he currently is a guest lecturer.
As the CEO of HomeFinder.com, a national real estate search website, Doug handles the engagement of over 3.5M monthly visitors. At night he advises startups, pretends to code various personal projects in ruby, and enjoys time with his saint of a wife and 4 young children. Prior to serving as CEO of HomeFinder.com, Doug grew HomeFinder's traffic tenfold as VP of Product at HomeFinder, and spent time at Orbitz in various product roles, the last being Director of Product Innovation. Doug graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University.
As Managing Director at Third River Capital Management and Dearborn Partners, a Chicago investment management company, Blake manages the firms intrinsic value products. Prior to this, he founded and privately financed Raceline Motorworks, an experiential toy and entertainment company. Before founding Raceline, he advised large public companies on strategy and operational improvements at The Boston Consulting Group. He was also an equity analyst at PaineWebber / UBS and he first began his career as a research analyst at Greenwich Associates a small, specialty strategy consultancy. Blake serves on the advisory and management boards for several family offices and private businesses in the financial services and consumer technology industries. Blake received a BA in Economics and Political science from Colgate University and an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
As a principal at Anthem Marketing John Keenan has focused on helping clients implement sophisticated, data-driven marketing strategies over the past decade as a principal at Anthem Marketing. Prior to Anthem, John worked as a CRM and Database Marketing strategist for a number of marketing agencies including Leo Burnett and Wunderman. Earlier, he served as Vice President – Analytic and Client Services for Datawealth, where he helped Sainsbury’s, the second-largest UK grocery retailer, to create an innovative consumer targeting and offer-delivery system based on loyalty-card shopping history. John also worked as a database marketing consultant for Kestnbaum Consulting, and as a portfolio analyst for Citigroup. Mr. Keenan holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's in Math/Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
